A Day in the Life:

• Champion safety, cooperating with our safety representative and job site superintendent in a positive proactive manner, ensuring a secure environment for all. 
• Familiarity with concrete forming systems as related to footings and foundation walls.
• Familiarity with wood framing materials and methods for wall, floor, and roof framing.
• Ability to work proficiently with metal stud framing and drywall.
• Ability to work from scaffolding, ladders, and/or aerial lifts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Do You Fit the Blueprint?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Must be union-affiliated.
• Must be self-motivated and be able to take directions from others.
• Must be able to work with subcontractors and their crews.
• Additional construction certifications or training preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Must be able to lift heavy weighted materials 50 lbs and more.
• Must have strong organizational skills to handle the variety of tasks assigned.
• Must pass a background test and drug screening test.
