OVERVIEW
25 Public Square served the community for many years as Willoughby Union High School. The original building was first constructed in 1834 and was destroyed by fire in 1856. The current building was completed in 1915 and later expanded in phases, including a major addition in 1929.
Flats Construction was engaged to deliver construction management services for the renovation of the 45,146-square-foot structure, transforming it into a 40-unit residential development. The scope of work included structural framing, framing and drywall installation, and installation of doors, hardware, and interior accessories.
