OVERVIEW

The third phase of the multi-family housing project, Carver Park Phase III consists of extensive renovations and RAD improvements, including major rehab work with full re-wiring and re-plumbing, in 143 units within 8 separate buildings within the Carver Park Estates.

Flats Construction provided temporary stairs, rails, and barricades for the fully occupied buildings during construction.
