OVERVIEW

The Center for Pastoral Leadership of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cleveland was established in 1991. The campus is situated on a 45-acre property once owned by Cleveland steel magnate, Price McKinney. The sprawling asset consists of seven buildings.

The project includes underground wiring conduits and concrete vaults, transformers, main distribution panels, secondary feeder lines from all transformers to main distribution panels, installation of two generators, and automatic transfer switches. The next phase included the

remodeling of living spaces for the seminarians and reconfiguring shared spaces into private rooms with bathrooms.

Flats Construction was responsible for installing custom vestry cabinets and millwork, corridor custom panels, soffits, and trim details.
