Fathom, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, was looking to relocate its company headquarters and create a unique work environment for its employees and clients. 

Flats Construction provided numerous services including metal studs and drywall to rejuvenate a historic staple of the West Bank of the Flats, built in 1870. One of the challenges faced and conquered by the Flats Construction team was providing a new fire barrier between the Fathom Headquarters and its neighbor who shares the same Building footprint. Flats Construction worked hand in hand with the City of Cleveland Fire Department to safely provide separation between the two buildings. Other services included custom finish carpentry work, installation of doors, frames, & hardware, and new acoustical ceiling panels.
