OVERVIEW

One of Lakewood’s most historic buildings, formerly known as East Rockport Central School built in 1879, is undergoing interior renovations to create modern, commercial office spaces while also preserving various historic characteristics. 

New drywall, doors, frames, hardware, & acoustical ceilings are being installed to create multiple office spaces and conference rooms.
