OVERVIEW

Set inside the former Berkshire Junior/Senior High School, the Schoolyard Studio space was converted to a 10,175 SF soundstage to serve Northeast Ohio’s media industry. 

Dubbed the largest soundstage in the area, the studio also gives opportunities for area high school and college students to perform. 

Flats Construction was responsible for the interior renovations including selective demolition, metal studs, drywall, KS-13 acoustical spray.  

The Psych wall was constructed to give the illusion of infinity which features a curved drywall bottom and apex.  The Psych wall is 140’ in length and 20’ in height which will be the backdrop for many movies to come.
