OVERVIEW

Named after Senator Robert Johns Bulkley, The Bulkley is a historic building located in the heart of Playhouse Square. 

The Bulkley Residences project includes the conversion of the existing office space to 84 residential apartment units on floors 4 through 7. 

In January 2024, the project was awarded $1.95M in tax credit by the Ohio Department of Development as part of the Transformational Mixed-Unit Development Program.

Flats Construction was contracted to construct temporary barricades, buck hoist openings, docks, and railings to facilitate haul-in/out of materials.
