OVERVIEW

The Village of St. Edward resident room and common area remodeling and renovation required careful coordination and sequencing to turn the units with minimum disruption to residents.

The renovations included turn-key renovations to the resident rooms while they were fully occupied.  Work included new doors and hardware, tea kitchens, and counters.  New running trim in the corridors and common spaces was also installed.
